What will you
be doing?
You will foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention, complete Evidence of Insurance requests, process customer change requests, and schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective customers.
As customers enter the office, you will greet them and answer incoming phone calls. Always looking for opportunities to cross-sell including financial products
You will verify customers phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each client contact and update the appropriate information.
Who are we looking for?
You must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License and open to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful and coachable.
You possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with a career mindset. We want you to grow with us.
You are proficient in multitasking, following-up and following through, as well as professional phone etiquette.
Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or are computer savvy.
Bonus if you speak multiple languages.
